What is Judofit?
JudoFit is our safe, friendly and fun, weekly fitness session based upon judo movements and circuit training

What do we do?
We aim to improve your general fitness, improving balance, co-ordination, strength, and stamina

Will I have to fight?
No, but anyone interested in the competitive side of judo is welcome to visit and take part in our regular judo lessons on Mondays and Fridays.

Where and when
Wednedays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Main Hall, Greenacre School, Walderslade, Chatham, Kent.

And the best thing is, it’s free. All we ask is that after 4 lessons you must join the British judo Association. This costs £32/year.
